ENTRY OPTIONS
There are two entry options that provide different levels of promotional tools and deliverables detailed below. Both options are for the same competition, the New York Wine review .
Option 1 - Competition Only Option – $85
Includes:
- 100-point based score (no tasting note, no published review)
- Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze winners based on BevTest’s Points-to-Medals conversion scale
- Emailed award certificate PDFs for each medal winning wine (Non-winning wines do not receive certificates)
- Best of Class and/or Best of Category eligibility, certificates provided for qualifying wines
Option 2 - Full Published Review Option – $140
Includes:
- 100-point based score
- Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze winners based on BevTest’s Points-to-Medals conversion scale**
- Emailed award certificate PDFs for each medal winning wine (Non-winning wines do not receive certificates)
- Best of Class and/or Best of Category eligibility, certificates provided for qualifying wines Consumer-facing tasting note
- One year publication of review on Tastings.com for all awarded wines (will include score, medal, tasting note, pairing suggestions, category info, and more) Click here for an example
- “Buy-It-Now” button that links your wines’ review page to your e-commerce solution
- Exceptional wines will be included in Tastings.com homepage features
Option 2 - Volume Discounts
- $140 each for 1-10 wines
- $130 each for 11-20 wines
- $120 each for 21+ wines Also offered: $250/wine for a 15-day Priority Review
Please note that a 3% service fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.
ENTRY DEADLINES AND RESULTS SCHEDULE
The entry deadline is April 1st. The deadline for samples is April 15th.
HOW TO ENTER
- Review the Competition Rules
- Determine the correct class identifications for your wines (see following page)
- Enter online through the BevTest Client Portal via the REGISTER tab of this landing page.
- Ship your samples to arrive no later than 4/15/2027

Please note: To comply with shipping regulations and to avoid a fine, you must include ASR (Adult Signature Required) in the reference field of your airway bill and affix an ASR sticker to the outside of your package.

Our facility is temperature-controlled, you may ship as early as you like. Bottles will be appropriately stored and cared for based on style.
Rules of Entry
- All products must be commercially available in any country at the time of publication [not submission], sample liquid must be the same as that what is currently in-market.
- For products that are not commercially available, please reach out to consulting@bevtest.com for private consulting options
- No results will be released or published without payment.
- Clients who submit before or on a deadline and cancel their submission within two weeks after that deadline, can opt for a full refund or a credit on their account.
- Clients who submit after a deadline and cancel their submission will receive a credit on their account, they will not have the option for a refund. You may replace your submission with a different product at no additional cost.
- All submissions that have been reviewed will be published for two years on tastings.com, no exceptions.
Usage Policy
- Use of unauthorized copies or approximations of BevTest’s logos for any purpose is not allowed.
- All uses of BevTest’s name and content in press releases must be approved by BevTest prior to dissemination.
- You may submit a press release featuring Beverage Testing Institute (BevTest), reviews, and awards, or any trade print ads featuring our results and logo, by sending it to us at support@bevtest.com for approval.
